According to information from the city hall, this initiative is funded from the local budget and aims to support young educators, enhance their professional skills, and create conditions for a successful career in educational institutions in Bishkek.
Testing is one of the key stages of selection, which helps to objectively assess the readiness of young specialists to work in the city's schools.
It was previously reported that more than 300 educators have already taken advantage of the "Young Teacher Deposit" program. Participants open a bank account, to which an amount ranging from 3,000 to 3,500 soms is deposited monthly for three years, and at the end of this period, they receive the accumulated amount.
The selection process is conducted annually in two stages: testing and an interview. In 2024, 59 participants in the program in Bishkek received 7.6 million soms.
