According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), the exercises are organized under the leadership of Deputy Minister Ernest Jusupov and involve the command staff of fire and rescue units. A total of 10 units of special equipment are involved in the event, including 5 fire trucks, 2 aerial ladders, 2 ambulances, and 1 rapid response vehicle (RRV) from the MES management for Bishkek and the Chui region.
During the exercises, various actions related to extinguishing large fires in multi-story buildings are practiced. Special attention is paid to organizing the fire extinguishing plan, managing forces and resources, as well as tactical methods for combating fire.
The main objective of the exercises is to enhance the tactical training of the command staff for effective fire response, improve the skills of managing units, and facilitate interaction with other services. The exercises also help identify mistakes to avoid serious violations in the future, as noted in the official statement.
