“We decided to be the first to launch a YouTube channel. We will publish everything we can,” Urgant shared in his address.
The first video on the channel appeared on the evening of December 25.
From 2012 to 2022, Urgant hosted the popular show "Evening Urgant" on Channel One, but its airing was discontinued after February of this year.
In April 2025, the television presenter began touring with a new concert project "Live Urgant."
Previously, The New York Times reported that a group of "outstanding Russians" had appealed to President Vladimir Putin with a request to return Urgant to the air, but according to journalists, his return did not happen.
