- On December 15, 2025, in Moscow, at the Vakhtangov Theater, the ceremony for the XVIII International Audience Sympathy Award "Star of the Theater" took place. The title of "Best Russian Theater Abroad" was contested by theater groups from Kyrgyzstan, Spain, and Cyprus. The winner in this nomination was the State National Russian Drama Theater named after Ch. Aitmatov.
