Record number of visitors at the ski resort
On January 2, more than 4,000 vehicles were registered at the ski resort in Karakol, as reported by the State Traffic Safety Department.
The next day, January 3, the situation remained the same — the flow of vehicles did not decrease, causing traffic jams on the way to the resort.
Social media users note that there is a real crowd on the ski slopes and at the resort itself.
Additionally, according to eyewitnesses, popular recreation areas around Bishkek are also overcrowded with vacationers.
