Working days will not be moved
Due to the New Year holidays in Kyrgyzstan, the days off have been extended from January 1 to January 12, 2026. This decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This decision is aimed at strengthening family values and creating more comfortable conditions for parents to rest with their children.
It is also recommended that leaders of private companies establish similar measures for their employees to ensure harmony between work and family life.
It should be noted that the transfer of working days, previously proposed by the Ministry of Labor, has been canceled. Thus, the makeup of the days off on January 8 and 9 is also canceled.
