According to their data, in anticipation of the winter tourist season for 2025–2026, inspections and informational activities were conducted at the popular ski bases of Chiyrchyq and Taldyk, which are located in the Kara-Suu district.
The inspection was carried out by employees of the Kara-Suu district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
During the raid, several serious violations of safety rules were discovered. In particular, the following issues were recorded at some ski bases:
- absence of a medical point;
- lack of specialists capable of providing first aid;
- insufficient number of certified rescuers;
- violations of fire safety requirements;
- use of gas cylinders in catering points without adherence to safety standards.
In order to eliminate these violations, explanations were provided to the administrations of the bases, their staff, and vacationers about the importance of adhering to safety rules.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasized that work in this direction will continue.
The head of the Osh regional department of the ecological and technical control service, Asanbek Mamyrayimov, noted that a recommendation was made to replace the gas cylinders.
“On the eve of the New Year, a meeting was held with the participation of the first deputy representative of the president in Osh. We proposed to use safe, specially prepared cylinders instead of automotive ones. Our responsibility only extends to attractions, so control over the cylinders is not within our competence. In case of violations in our area, we will take the necessary measures,” added Mamyrayimov.
