According to information from visitors, the "Boat" attraction resumed operations on December 31, 2025.
Asanbek Mamyrayimov, head of the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, stated that repeated inspections will be conducted at the site of the incident.
He added that additional information will be provided based on the results of the inspections.
Recall that the tragedy occurred on September 21, 2025, when a minor girl fell from the attraction in Navoi Park and died on the spot. The incident happened around 1:30 PM, and according to the ambulance service, the arriving medics were unable to revive her.
In April 2024, the issue of some attractions in recreational parks operating without prior technical inspections was discussed at a meeting of the Osh city mayor's office. At that time, the need for enhanced monitoring of safety compliance was also emphasized.
