Famous Russian actor Igor Zolotovitsky has passed away

Igor Zolotovitsky, rector of the MKhAT school-studio, theater teacher, and actor, passed away at the age of 65. According to information provided by Meduza, he died in the hospital from cancer.

Since 2013, Zolotovitsky had been leading the MKhAT school-studio and actively teaching students acting skills. His career includes numerous roles in film and theater, including works in the films "Non-professionals" (1985) by Sergey Bodrov Sr., "Dark Nights in Sochi" (1989) by Vasily Pichul, and "Taxi Blues" (1990) by Pavel Lungin. He also appeared in the comedy "Faster than Rabbits" (2013), which featured the theater "Quartet I", as well as in series such as "Turkish March 2", "Kamenskaya 3", and "A Brief Course in a Happy Life".
