A native of Kyrgyzstan, Azamat Iskembaev, announced the creation of his technology company named Akural Technologies, which is registered in the United States. He shared this in his official statement.
According to Iskembaev, the company's main product will be a technology called Akural Shield, which represents an innovative architecture for verifying critically important digital actions and ensuring digital trust.
Interestingly, Akural Shield does not use traditional protection methods such as passwords, PIN codes, SMS, or one-time codes. This system does not transmit cryptographic keys and operates without using data that can be stolen or intercepted. Instead, the confirmation of actions is based on structural validity.
It was also reported that a provisional patent application has already been submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the project is currently in Patent Pending status. Work is underway on a second patent related to the core principles of the technology.
At this time, the company founder is negotiating with the state digital structures of the Kyrgyz Republic. The terms of a memorandum of cooperation are being discussed, as well as the creation of a regulatory sandbox and preparation of international test pilots.
Iskembaev emphasizes that at this stage, the main goal is to validate the architectural principle, rather than the rapid commercialization of the technology.
He also noted that the launch of Akural Technologies is a significant contribution to the development of foundational technologies and demonstrates that world-class technological developments can originate from Kyrgyzstan.
