Categories of women eligible for benefits:
- women employed under an employment contract;
- individual entrepreneurs;
- participants in peasant (farm) households;
- women registered as unemployed and entitled to unemployment benefits.
Where to apply for benefits:
- employees under an employment contract - at the HR department at their workplace;
- individual entrepreneurs, members of peasant farms, and officially unemployed individuals - at local labor and social security offices.
- working women must provide their employer with a statement in any form and a sick leave certificate;
- individual entrepreneurs, members of peasant farms, and officially unemployed individuals must submit an application in the established form and provide a PIN code.
Amount of benefits and their payment:
- For working women: the first 10 working days — 100% of the salary, and starting from the 11th day — 20 calculation indicators (2,000 soms) per month from the republican budget.
- For individual entrepreneurs and members of peasant farms, as well as officially unemployed individuals: from the 11th working day — 20 calculation indicators (2,000 soms) per month from the republican budget.
- For women working in remote and high-altitude areas: 100% of the salary for all working days.
