In light of the recent unrest in various regions of Mexico, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan strongly advises its citizens to refrain from traveling to these areas until the situation normalizes. This is stated in the agency's press release.
Those who are already in Mexico are recommended to exercise caution, avoid crowded places, and follow the advice of local authorities.

Additionally, they can reach the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan at +996 999 312 002.
It is worth noting that as a result of a special operation by the Mexican armed forces, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as El Mencho, the leader of one of the largest drug cartels in the country, was eliminated. Mass riots and clashes between armed cartel members and law enforcement continue in Mexico.
