In light of the current situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan strongly advises citizens to temporarily refrain from traveling to the Islamic Republic of Iran unless their purpose is urgent or necessary.
Citizens who are already in Iran are recommended to:
- be particularly attentive and cautious;
- avoid crowds, demonstrations, and other protests;
- follow the instructions of local authorities and law enforcement agencies;
- carry identification documents and contact details of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- closely monitor official statements from local authorities and diplomatic missions.
The Ministry continues to monitor the situation and will promptly inform citizens of any changes.
