State Institution "Kyzmat," which is under the management of the President's Office of Kyrgyzstan, has decided to transition to self-financing. This was announced in an official statement from the institution.
This decision was made based on the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated January 26, 2026, number 11, concerning the enhancement of the efficiency of the bodies subordinate to the President's Office.
Previously, the financing of State Institution "Kyzmat" was carried out from the republican budget; however, starting from January 1, 2026, the institution began to operate on its own funds.
In this regard, the tariffs for the state services provided have been revised, which can be reviewed in the attached file.
Representatives of the institution noted that the transition to self-financing will help ensure stable operations, develop digital infrastructure, and increase the efficiency of providing public services to citizens.
Currently, State Institution "Kyzmat" is actively implementing projects for the digitalization of public services, converting them into electronic format. This is expected to improve accessibility, speed, and convenience in obtaining services for the population.
Additionally, the institution is undergoing a phased modernization of the Centers for Public Services, which are planned to be adapted to modern international standards to enhance service quality and create comfortable conditions for visitors.
