Since March 2026, a mobile multi-diagnostic complex has been operating in the Aravan district of the Osh region, offering free medical examinations for the local population.

According to information from the Ministry of Health's press service, this complex provides a variety of services, including free medical check-ups, consultations with doctors, and diagnostics, all in a convenient and accessible format.

The Aravan district is home to approximately 147,000 residents, and for many of them, this is a unique opportunity to receive medical services without leaving the district.

The complex is expected to operate in this area for about three months, after which its route will continue to the Kochkor district of the Naryn region.
The complex is equipped with modern medical equipment, allowing for a wide range of research and diagnostics of various diseases. Its facilities include doctors' offices, a laboratory for tests, a computed tomography scanner, a mammogram, an X-ray machine, a gastroscope, a mobile screening center, and a control center. There are also minibuses for transporting patients, including an ambulance.

The mobile multi-diagnostic complex has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since November 2021 under a five-year agreement between the country's government, the Islamic Development Bank, and the charitable foundation "Fael Khair." The project is implemented by the operator Normeca Health Management, aimed at improving the accessibility of medical diagnostics and assistance for residents, especially in remote and rural areas.
