The working trip of Almambet Shykmamatov, the chairman of the State Tax Service, continued in the Osh region on March 17.
In the first half of the day, he held a meeting with entrepreneurs in the city of Osh, the press service of the State Tax Service reports.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chairman Bakyt Djienbekov, heads of local tax authorities, representatives of the business community, and accountants from various companies.
The meeting was held in a "question-answer" format, which contributed to a constructive dialogue and a friendly atmosphere.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to new tools for identifying tax violations, including the analytical system "Salyk Kyzot," aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency in tax administration.
Taxpayers also received detailed explanations regarding the latest changes in legislation aimed at simplifying tax procedures and creating more favorable conditions for doing business.
Shykmamatov emphasized that such meetings are necessary to establish an open dialogue with the business community, identify relevant issues, and receive concrete proposals for their resolution.
During the event, entrepreneurs had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the leadership of the service.
He also added that only through mutual cooperation and effective communication can businesses and tax authorities address emerging challenges. In this regard, he urged entrepreneurs to actively report their problems and seek consultation from the State Tax Service, while tax service employees were instructed to provide ongoing support to taxpayers.
"Before making significant changes to tax legislation, open discussions with the business community should be conducted. Today's meeting was productive; we received feedback from taxpayers and clarified important aspects of taxation," said Almambet Shykmamatov.
The head of the State Tax Service emphasized that the interests of the state and entrepreneurs must be balanced. It is necessary to ensure fair taxation while avoiding excessive barriers for businesses.
"Reform in the tax sphere should benefit both parties: the state in the form of budget revenues and taxpayers in the form of comfortable working conditions. Such a balance is only possible through the establishment of partnership relations between the state and business," he explained.
As a result of the meeting, Almambet Shykmamatov outlined the main tasks and assignments aimed at improving interaction with entrepreneurs and further enhancing tax administration.
