The Chairman of the State Tax Service, Almambet Shykmamatov, held a meeting with entrepreneurs in the city of Osh.
The event was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the STS, Bakyt Djienbekov, heads of territorial tax authorities, representatives from various sectors of the economy, accountants, and other interested parties.
The meeting was conducted in a "question-answer" format, which contributed to an open and constructive atmosphere of communication.
During the meeting, entrepreneurs were provided with information about modern tools for identifying tax violations, including the "Salyk Kyzot" analytics, which aims to enhance the efficiency of tax administration and the transparency of processes.
Additionally, participants were informed about the latest changes in the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at simplifying administrative procedures, reducing the burden on businesses, and creating more favorable conditions for entrepreneurship.
Almambet Shykmamatov noted that such meetings are important for establishing an open dialogue with businesses, identifying problems, and obtaining constructive proposals for their resolution.
During the event, entrepreneurs were able to ask their questions and receive clarifications from the leadership of the Tax Service.
He emphasized that only through mutual cooperation and effective communication can tax authorities and businesses successfully address emerging issues. In this regard, he urged entrepreneurs to actively report their difficulties and seek consultations from the STS, while instructing the service staff to provide full support to taxpayers.
"Before making significant changes to tax legislation, it is necessary to conduct open discussions with the business community. Today's meeting was productive: we received feedback from taxpayers and clarified important aspects of taxation," noted Almambet Shykmamatov.
The head of the STS added that while protecting its interests, the state should not forget about the needs of entrepreneurs. It is important to find a balance between fair taxation and creating comfortable conditions for business.
"Tax reform should be aimed at mutual benefits: on one side, budget revenues, and on the other, convenient conditions for taxpayers. Such an approach is only possible through the establishment of partnership relations between the state and business," he explained.
As a result of the meeting, Almambet Shykmamatov outlined a number of key tasks and assignments aimed at improving interaction with entrepreneurs and further enhancing tax administration.
