In their clarification, the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekteploset" noted that the cessation of the circulation of the heat carrier is a normal practice that occurs with the end of the heating season, according to the established heating system of the city.
As specialists explained, during the summer period, hot water is only available when the tap is turned on, and since the water in the pipes cools down, it is necessary to drain the cooled volume before hot water appears.
Furthermore, "Bishkekteploset" warned that the use of individual water heaters could exacerbate the situation. In some cases, cold water may enter the hot water supply system, negatively affecting the temperature regime for neighbors.
In this regard, the employees of "Bishkekteploset" recommended temporarily refraining from using water heaters to avoid disruptions in the operation of the centralized system.
