Your vote matters: help the rare tulip from Kyrgyzstan win the contest


The upward striving tulip (Tulipa anadroma Botschanz.), which is endemic to Kyrgyzstan, has reached the finals of a contest aimed at selecting rare and endangered species.

This contest is organized by the Indianapolis Zoo in the USA, and the initiative for the tulip's participation was taken by the Group of Wild Tulip Specialists of the International Union for Conservation of Nature.

In the previous stages of the contest, our tulip received about 10,000 votes, allowing it to secure a place in the finals.

Voting for the finalist starts today at 19:00 and will last until 10:00 on April 4. You can participate in the voting through this link.
