The organizers note that "Mariah Carey is renowned for her unique voice and artistry that unites different generations and cultures."
The opening ceremony, themed "Harmony," will take place at four different venues: the "San Siro" stadium in Milan, as well as in "Cortina d'Ampezzo," "Livigno," and "Predazzo." This will be the first time in Olympic history that the ceremony will be held at such a number of locations.
The cost of tickets for this grand event ranges from 260 to 2,000 euros.
