The official opening of the Coach Education Development Center took place at the Kyrgyz Football Union. The functions of training coaches have now been transferred to this new institution, which aims to implement modern and systematic approaches in the preparation of specialists in the field of football.
The main goals of the Center are as follows:
to create an effective system for training coaches and instructors;
to improve the quality and effectiveness of educational programs;
to increase the number of qualified coaches at the local level.
The educational institution will organize seminars, training sessions, and internships, introducing modern coaching methodologies, as well as establishing cooperation with various national and international football organizations. In addition, the foundation will work on developing methodological materials and providing conditions for the professional growth of coaches.
Nursultan Usenov, who previously worked in the Technical Department of the KFU, has been appointed as the director of the Center.
