Rajabali Shaidullaev (17-0), a fighter from Kyrgyzstan, made a statement regarding his opponent, with whom he will meet in the Japanese league RIZIN.

The Kyrgyzstani will step into the ring at the RIZIN FF – LANDMARK VOL. 13 tournament, which will take place on April 12 in Fukuoka. His opponent will be Yuto Kubo from Japan (5-2-1).

These two athletes have already faced each other in the ring on December 31, 2024, at the Rizin 49 tournament, where Shaidullaev won by technical knockout in the second round.

“My next opponent is Yuto Kubo from Japan. This will be a rematch. I’m sorry, but this time I’m not going to hit him hard. I will try to finish the fight with a choke or an armbar in the first or second round,” Shaidullaev stated.

The title of champion in the weight category up to 66 kg will be at stake, which Rajabali won on May 4, 2025, defeating Kleber Koike from Japan in just 62 seconds.

After this success, Shaidullaev successfully defended his title twice, knocking out Viktor Kolesnik from Russia in 33 seconds and Mikuru Asakura from Japan in 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
