This match will take place as part of the RIZIN FF — LANDMARK VOL. 13 tournament, which will be held on April 12 in Fukuoka.
The championship title in the category up to 66 kg will be at stake, which Shaidullaev won on May 4, 2025, by defeating Japanese athlete Kleber Koike in 62 seconds.
Later, on September 8 of the same year, the Kyrgyzstani knocked out Viktor Kolesnik from Russia in just 33 seconds, and on December 31, 2025, in a match against Mikura Asakura from Japan, he successfully defended his title by knocking out his opponent in 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
Interestingly, Shaidullaev and Kubo have already faced each other in the ring on December 31, 2024, at the RIZIN 49 tournament, where the Kyrgyzstani won by technical knockout in the second round.
