“The equipment and the building itself are already starting to deteriorate. The staff and responsible persons for managing the complex have not yet been appointed. We have approached the government with a request to address the issue, but have not received a response so far,” the deputy noted.
He also added that 28 million soms were spent, and the complex is essentially not being used: the doors remain closed, and destruction is occurring inside, with no water or electricity. “The construction was carried out with the hope of long-term use, so I ask you to pay attention to this problem,” he emphasized.
