Three Kyrgyzstani athletes entered the updated world ranking according to World Boxing
On the eve of the new season of the World Cup, the updated world ranking of boxers according to World Boxing was published, which includes three representatives from Kyrgyzstan.

Munarbek Seyitbek uulu is in third place in the ranking in the weight category up to 60 kilograms, having scored 975 points. This result was made possible by his winning a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.

Ikhtiyar Nishanov is in eighth position (in the weight category up to 70 kilograms), while Nuradin Rustambek uulu occupies 13th place in the category up to 75 kilograms.

Ikhtiyar Nishanov previously became a bronze medalist at the World Championship in the UAE, while Nuradin Rustambek uulu achieved a bronze medal at the World Boxing Cup held in Astana in the summer of 2025.

When forming this ranking, the results achieved at the World Boxing Challenge tournaments, as well as at the World Cups, World Cup finals, World Championships, and Olympic Games were taken into account.
