Recent rumors that the 'Alga' stadium would be handed over to private ownership have been refuted by the city hall of the capital. In an official statement, it was emphasized that this sports facility is municipal property and is under the balance of the city administration.
The press service explained that the municipal institution 'Alga' continues its activities at the stadium under a cooperation agreement. Additionally, the city hall announced its intention to take action against the distributors of false information in accordance with current legislation.
The authorities also informed about the functioning of the sports facility.
For the convenience of spectators, the stadium has three entrances:
- Western entrance - for children engaged in wrestling, futsal, and students of the football academy;
- Eastern entrance - for students of the Slavic University and city residents;
- Central entrance - access for visitors is not provided.
The running tracks are open to everyone daily from 06:00 to 11:00.However, access to the running tracks is restricted during football training sessions (from 11:00 to 19:00), and entry onto the field is prohibited to prevent injuries.
On days when home matches of the Kyrgyz Professional League are held, the running tracks are also closed.
The city hall urged citizens to adhere to the established rules and to understand the limitations aimed at ensuring safety.
