In 2025, the Chui region attracted about 10 million tourists, both domestic and foreign. This information was announced at a recent meeting of the regional administration.
However, it was emphasized that the region and its residents are not able to effectively utilize this tourist flow.

At the same time, positive examples were noted, such as the construction of bike paths leading to Ala-Archa in the Alamudun district, as well as a new road towards Chunkurchak.
Given the presence of numerous tourist attractions and natural beauties, the development of tourism in the Chui region could become a catalyst for the growth of small businesses, the creation of new jobs, and an increase in the income of local residents.
