The agency informs that several violations related to environmental protection and compliance with ecological and technical safety were identified during the inspection.
The violations were recorded based on the following articles of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Offenses:
- Article 211 — Violation of environmental requirements;
- Part 3 of Article 245 — Non-compliance with industrial safety rules;
- Article 230 — Conducting activities without the necessary permit;
- Article 209 — Pollution of land, water, and air resources.
As a result of the inspection, four protocols were drawn up, and the company was fined 103,000 soms.
