As reported by Turmush correspondent, on October 24, during an extraordinary session, speaker Nurtilek Bolotov introduced the new appointments from the "Adilet" faction.
Kairatbek Turdaliyev took the place of Orozbek Turdubekov, while Ismail Murzaliev replaced Keldibek Orozbaev.
The speaker of the city council, Bolotov, noted that the new deputies have already received their mandates.

Kairatbek Kattabekovich Turdaliyev was born on June 16, 1982.
From 1999 to 2004, he studied at the engineering and technology faculty of Jalal-Abad State University, specializing in "electrical equipment."
Work Experience
From January 15, 2004, to 2005, he worked as an electrician at the Kok-Art RES of OJSC "Jalalabatenergo";
- from 2005 to 2006 — engineer at OJSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan";
- in 2011, he held the position of chairman of the youth committee of the rural administration of the Bagysh village in the Suzak district.
Ismail Akramzhanovich Murzaliev was born on April 24, 1992.
He is a graduate of the Kyrgyz State Law Academy.
He also has experience in entrepreneurship.
