At the event, a video was presented, showcasing the design of the new center for children, which will be built on an area of 6.5 hectares. The facility is expected to be commissioned by 2026.
Various attractions, play areas for children with disabilities, a modern cinema, a congress hall, and dining areas are planned for the "Balastan" entertainment center. The construction will create over 200 new jobs.
Sadyr Japarov noted: "We strive for the even and successful development of infrastructure in all regions and cities," and also spoke about several ongoing projects in Talas, including the reconstruction of the "Manas Ordo" complex, the renovation of the city park and alleys, the construction of a stadium for 5,500 seats, as well as the construction of apartment buildings with the participation of the State Mortgage Company.
