Tumanbaev noted that in accordance with the president's decree, all park and beach territories are being transferred to the management of a new directorate. Previously, these areas were under the control of local authorities, although they were state-owned. Now they will be managed by a single structure that will ensure compliance with unified standards for maintenance, cleanliness, and order, which, in turn, should improve the overall quality of service.
The head of the department emphasized that the state does not intend to exert pressure on businesses, increase rental rates, or restrict the private sector. The transfer of beaches and parks to the new agency is aimed at improving conditions for recreation, creating civilized service standards, developing tourist infrastructure, and better preparing for the summer season.
Leaders of sanatoriums and boarding houses expressed their support for the proposed changes and confirmed their readiness to cooperate with the new directorate on a permanent basis.
