Edil Baisalov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with Valery Zhovtenko, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the country. This information was provided by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
During the discussion, the parties touched upon a wide range of topics related to international politics and bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine. There was also an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
The Kyrgyz side reaffirmed its consistent position, emphasizing the need for an immediate cessation of violence in Ukraine and support for international efforts aimed at a political and diplomatic resolution of the conflict, based on humanitarian priorities.
