The head of the National Agency for Religious Affairs and his deputy have been dismissed
Azmat Yusupov and Ruslan Musaev have lost their positions as chairman of the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations.
Yusupov was appointed to this position in April 2025.
Deputy Chairman Musaev had been working since November 2024.
Ruslan Kubataliev has become the new deputy director of the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.
Previously, he served as the head of the office of the presidential representative in the Osh region.
Kubataliev has experience in public administration, economic analysis, and regional development.
Azmat Dzhaparov has headed the institution "Kyzmat" under the Presidential Administration.
Dzhaparov was born on April 15, 1989. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Iskhak Razakov and the International University named after Kasym Tynystanov.
Previously, he was the deputy director of the state enterprise "Infokom" under the State Registration Service on administrative issues, and in February 2025, he became the first deputy director of the State Institution "Kyzmat".
Erkingul Urdaletova has been appointed prosecutor of Manas.
Previously, Urdaletova served as the prosecutor of the Kara-Suu district, while the prosecutor's office of Manas was headed by Rysbek Alchiev.
Samad Isabekov has become the head of the Customs Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Isabekov, born in 1972, received his education at the Kyrgyz National University in the field of law, as well as at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in international relations.
Since 1996, he has worked in the customs authorities of Kyrgyzstan, holding various operational and managerial positions. In June 2021, he was appointed chairman of the State Customs Service but left this position on February 19, 2025.
Tala Bazarbaev has been relieved of his duties as ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Italy.
He held this position since May 2021.
The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, Ibrahim bin Radi Al-Radi, has completed his diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan.
Ibrahim bin Radi worked in the country since June 2021.
Bekmamat Baktybekov has become the mayor of Toktogul.
The previous mayor, Bolot Maksutbaev, resigned voluntarily.
Baktybekov previously held the position of head of the office in the Suzak district state administration.
Almazbek Kasymaliev has been appointed deputy general director of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation.
He will be responsible for the information direction.
Kasymaliev was born on April 30, 1981, and holds a master's degree in journalism. He began his career at the National Television and Radio Corporation in 2002.
Robert Prosinečki has been appointed head coach of the national football team of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the terms of the contract, he will work with the team for one year and one month, with the possibility of extension for three years in case of successful performance at the 2027 Asian Cup.
Prosinečki is a well-known figure in the world of football, having coached the national teams of Croatia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, and Montenegro, as well as worked with various European clubs. As a player, he played for "Real Madrid," "Barcelona," "Red Star," and other famous clubs, and in 1998 he won a bronze medal at the World Cup with the Croatian national team.
Nurgazy Kokcholokov has become the new vice president of the Volleyball Federation of Kyrgyzstan after his work as the head of the refereeing committee.
He also officiated the semifinal match of the Asian Volleyball Championship in the central zone, which was an important achievement for Kyrgyz referees.
Now the refereeing committee is headed by Urmat Sydykbekov, who was awarded the title of international volleyball referee in October.
