Experts from the CIS countries discussed the prospects of industrial cooperation until 2030

- On November 28, the third meeting of the Working Group on the Development of Industrial Cooperation took place in Moscow, organized under the Council for Industrial Policy of the CIS countries.

The format of the event was a video conference, which was attended by representatives from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan, as well as staff from the Executive Committee of the CIS.

The main focus of the meeting was on the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Industrial Cooperation among the CIS member states and the set of measures planned until 2030.

The primary goal of the discussions was to create favorable conditions for national producers involved in joint cooperative projects, as well as to eliminate trade barriers in the field of industrial products.

The Executive Committee of the CIS noted that significant work had been done to improve the regulatory framework, which will allow for the expansion of cooperation in such important sectors as mining metallurgy, light industry, and the production of new materials.
