— Trust and respect have become the main aspects that influence the perception of Kyrgyzstan by the international community. The presidential form of governance and the methods of managing the country implemented by Sadyr Japarov have demonstrated their effectiveness and earned the trust of the population.
Trust in the political system and management methods, along with respect for the economic achievements that place Kyrgyzstan among the top five countries with one of the highest growth rates in the world—over 11%—form a positive attitude towards the country. These successes command respect for both the team and the president.

Moreover, an important aspect is the situation in Central Asia, which has been considered a potential source of instability for nearly three decades due to unresolved border issues and political conflicts between neighboring states.
Thanks to the wise decisions of the president and his team, it has been possible to resolve complex border issues that had remained unresolved for decades. Agreements with Uzbekistan and Tajikistan have paved the way for peace and stability. As a person with military experience, I can assert that border issues are matters of war or peace, and we have chosen the right path. Now Central Asia is associated with peace, cooperation, and joint development.
Thus, three main factors can be highlighted:
1. An effective political system supported by the population;
2. A dynamically developing economy;
3. Successful resolution of complex political issues in Central Asia.
These factors have provided Kyrgyzstan with a stable and respected position on the international stage.

What is the nature of Sadyr Japarov's foreign policy in the context of a pragmatic multi-vector approach?
— The main characteristic of the foreign policy is its realism. It lacks declarative and unfeasible ideas; everything is based on real possibilities and the situation in the country.
Kyrgyzstan has focused on establishing good-neighborly relations with neighboring states—Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Without stable neighbors, it is impossible to talk about effective foreign policy.

Another important aspect is Kyrgyzstan's geopolitical position, located between two powerful centers—China and Russia. Balanced and pragmatic relations have been established with these countries, which are already yielding positive results in the investment sphere and strategic cooperation.
At the same time, new horizons for interaction with Western Europe and the USA are opening up. The "Central Asia – USA" summit and the meeting with President Donald Trump demonstrated great prospects for cooperation between the USA and Central Asia.

We should not forget about the Middle East and Arab states. Kyrgyzstan has successfully restored previously lost ties with the Islamic world, and today these relations are actively developing.
Additionally, Kyrgyzstan is establishing systematic relations with African countries for the first time, having opened embassies in Addis Ababa and Egypt, which is an important step in foreign policy.
Relations with Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea are also continuing to develop, yielding tangible results.
What is the significance of political stability for attracting foreign investments?
— Political stability plays a critical role. Currently, the volume of foreign direct investment in Kyrgyzstan exceeds 1 billion 200 million dollars, which is a historical record for the country. These are direct investments, not donor funds or infrastructure projects.
This growth confirms that the international community is beginning to trust the economy of Kyrgyzstan. Sustainable mechanisms for protecting and supporting investments have been established in the country.
The presidential form of governance has played a key role in this process. Previously, under the presidential-parliamentary system, there were many decision-making centers, which complicated the implementation of large investment projects and contributed to corruption.

Today, there is a single decision-making center—the president and his team. The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic has been created, which actively oversees the largest projects. In the near future, the portfolio of such projects may reach 6-7 billion dollars. Centralized, yet responsible support for investors significantly increases the level of trust.
The international community responds not to words, but to results. The economy of Kyrgyzstan has shown impressive growth in recent years, and the country is among the most dynamically developing economies in the world, which builds trust among both private investors and international financial organizations.
Thus, political stability, an effective management system, and real economic results have become fundamental factors for the growth of investments and high international trust in Kyrgyzstan.
