According to information from a Turmush correspondent, Elida graduated from Issyk-Kul State University with a degree in "Mathematics." In 2004, after completing her studies, she applied to the Karakol Electric Network Company, where she began her career as an operator.
“At that time, we were actively working on creating a unified electronic database of subscribers. The flow of clients was enormous, and the workday flew by unnoticed. With the implementation of the electronic system, the work became easier, and I enjoyed interacting with people. That's how I ended up staying in this field,” Elida recalls.
Over time, Elida deepened her knowledge in the energy sector and decided to advance in her professional career by obtaining additional education in accounting.
Since 2008, she has worked as an accountant at the Ak-Suu Electric Network Company, and in 2011, she returned to the Karakol Electric Network Company. In 2021, Elida was hired as an accountant at the Issyk-Kul Electric Network Enterprise.
“I started working in the HR department, and now I manage the company's procurement. As part of the annual plan, we purchase equipment and electrical appliances, which is an important part of our work in the energy sector,” she explains.
On the eve of the professional holiday, Elida Madanbekova expressed her sincere wishes to her colleagues:

Elida is a mother of four children. For her achievements and contributions to the development of the energy sector, she has been awarded numerous honorary awards.
