Adilet Ishenbekov, a specialist with experience in the energy sector and education from Tomsk (Russia), makes an important contribution to the stable electricity supply of Karakol.

As reported by a Turmush correspondent, since he started working at the Karakol District Electric Networks, Adilet has been performing complex and responsible work to ensure that residents have electricity. Although his work often goes unnoticed, it is his efforts that bring light to the homes of the townspeople.

Since 2014, he has served as a master of the central team. His work includes servicing transformers and power lines, as well as laying new power networks and quickly addressing emergencies. Each master is assigned a specific area, and all electronics in that area are under his control.

Adilet notes that the work of an energy specialist is not influenced by the seasons. In winter, when the snow reaches knee-deep and strong winds bring down wires, he and his colleagues go out to the sites of emergencies to restore electricity supply. He particularly remembers night shifts in heavy rain when he had to work in water up to his waist.

According to Adilet, in recent years, the electrical networks in Karakol have been actively modernized. Old wooden poles are being replaced with reinforced concrete ones, and new weather-resistant self-supporting insulated wires (SIP) are being installed. These changes have significantly reduced the number of short circuits and power outages.

He also shared that each workday begins with a morning meeting where current tasks are discussed and responsibilities are assigned. Residents of the city can submit their complaints, and the team strives to resolve them as quickly as possible. Special attention is paid to safety practices during work. “Our main task is to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply. We aim to respond quickly to all inquiries and justify the trust of the people,” he emphasizes.

Adilet is pleased that the technical equipment is constantly being updated. New equipment facilitates the work process and creates safer conditions for employees, which in turn increases interest in the profession and responsibility for their work.

Adilet Imangozhoevich Ishenbekov was born on October 8, 1989, in Karakol, Issyk-Kul region. In 2007, he graduated from school No. 1 and then went to Bishkek for higher education. He completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, majoring in "Electrical Networks (Power System Networks)."

From 2011 to 2013, he studied for his master's degree in Tomsk, where he interned at the Polytechnic Institute laboratory and at a thermal power plant, which gave him insight into modern digital energy systems. After finishing his studies, he worked at a cable factory in Tomsk, which allowed him to gain additional experience.

Upon returning to his homeland, he applied his knowledge and experience to the development of the energy sector in Karakol. Currently, Adilet, being a father of three children—one daughter and two sons—tries to spend as much time as possible with his family. “I hope that there will always be light in every home and that people will live peacefully. It is also important to remember the rational use of electricity,” he concludes.
