The Minister of Science Met with Graduates of the Presidential Scholarship "El Ümütü"

The Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations Gulzat Isamatova held a meeting with graduates of the International Presidential Scholarship "El Ümütü".

According to information provided by the ministry's press service, the main subject of discussion was the further development of the presidential scholarship program and the exchange of opinions on this matter.

During the dialogue, important topics were addressed, such as mechanisms for supporting gifted youth, the contributions of graduates to strengthening the country's human resources potential, and their participation in significant public initiatives.

The graduates shared their professional achievements and study experiences, as well as offered suggestions for improving the educational, scientific, and innovative sectors. In particular, ideas were discussed regarding expanding interaction with government institutions, increasing support for youth projects, and creating a sustainable communication platform for regular idea exchange.

The participants of the meeting also expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov for his support in creating and implementing the "El Ümütü" scholarship. The graduates noted that the program opens new horizons for youth and contributes to the preparation of qualified personnel for the country.

The Minister emphasized the importance of the active position of graduates and their constructive proposals for enhancing the program's effectiveness and assured that all ideas would be considered in due course. The parties also expressed their intention to strengthen cooperation and jointly implement ideas beneficial to the state.

Kyrgyz students studying abroad also joined the discussion in an online format.

As a result of the meeting, the participants confirmed their intention to maintain regular interaction and jointly promote initiatives aimed at the country's development.

Ministry of Science Note: Graduates of the International Presidential Scholarship "El Ümütü" are currently working in various fields, including public administration, healthcare, the financial sector, and private business. For example, Islam Ayazbaev and Valeria Stashevskaya work at the National Bank, Zhibek Kydyrova is in law, Nurshat Ababakirov represents the UN in Kyrgyzstan, Asel Abdurakhmanova works in the healthcare system, and Aysuluu Kozhokulova, as an expert in technology and digital economy, is preparing for the visit of the TechWomen program delegation.

The "El Ümütü" scholarship aims to support talented youth, create conditions for their academic and professional growth, and strengthen Kyrgyzstan's human resources potential. The program provides youth with the opportunity to receive world-class education and contributes to the preparation of specialists capable of contributing to the country's development.
