During the implementation of these measures, the authorities monitored meat processing enterprises and wholesale warehouses, restricted exports, and tracked price changes in the markets and retail chains of Bishkek every week.

Despite the control, prices in Bishkek varied significantly. According to monitoring, in supermarkets, the price of beef per kilogram ranged from 750 to 1000 soms, in regular stores from 720 to 900 soms, and in markets from 680 to 850 soms.
According to journalists from 24.kg, as of today, the price of beef per kilogram in the capital's supermarkets is estimated at about 720-820 soms, while in the markets, the price fluctuates from 650 to 780 soms, indicating a noticeable price difference and insufficient regulation.
The Ministry of Economy reported that the measures implemented contributed to the stabilization of the market. After November 12, prices will again be formed according to market conditions; however, the authorities are ready to resume regulation in case of a sharp price increase or signs of price collusion.
