The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Georgia discussed the launch of direct air communication
During a meeting with representatives of the aviation sector in Georgia, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, Maksat Mamytkanov, announced plans to launch a new air route from Beijing to Tbilisi with a stopover in Bishkek. This information became known thanks to negotiations with the leadership of Georgian aviation.
The negotiations with Givi Davitashvili, the director of the Civil Aviation Agency, and Levan Moseshvili, the head of the United Airports of Georgia, confirmed the parties' interest in developing air communication and an agreement to continue cooperation on this route.
In addition to discussing air transportation issues, Mamytkanov also met with representatives of major logistics companies with the assistance of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The focus was on the prospects for increasing the volume of road and rail freight transportation, as well as the creation of multimodal routes using water transport on the Caspian Sea.
As part of his trip, the ambassador also held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Justice Lana Morgoshia, where they discussed the exchange of experience in the field of digitalization, which includes improving transport and communication processes. Additionally, he familiarized himself with the work of the Justice House in Tbilisi and the modern technologies used to provide public services.
