A law dedicated to the special financial investment territory "Tamchy" with a unique legal status and regime has recently been adopted.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, measures aimed at accelerating the implementation of the law were discussed, as well as identifying existing problems and finding joint solutions. Following the meeting, appropriate protocol instructions were given.
Justice Minister Ayaz Bayetov, in collaboration with consultants specializing in English law, presented a presentation dedicated to the establishment of an independent international dispute resolution center in Kyrgyzstan, discussing its goals, functions, and future.
The goal of creating the special financial investment territory "Tamchy" in the Issyk-Kul region is to increase the investment attractiveness of the country and implement a set of measures to create a favorable legal environment and conditions for the operation of investors, including foreign ones.
