In his speech, Ainur Samanov noted that Kyrgyzstan is demonstrating stable growth in terms of investment attractiveness due to long-term strategic initiatives and active bilateral cooperation. Russia continues to play one of the leading roles among investors in the republic's economy, remaining a key player among CIS countries.
He also pointed out the growing interest from Russian IT companies in the Kyrgyz market. In 2026, it is planned to increase the number of initiatives in the field of information technology, including the implementation of innovative digital solutions and the development of technological interaction. The main focus will be on promoting Russian IT products, integrating digital services, and supporting platforms for e-commerce.
Currently, significant volumes of Russian-Kyrgyz projects are being implemented, covering key sectors of the economy: energy, industry, trade, and services. It is expected that 2026 will be no less successful for deepening trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two countries.
Next year, support is also planned for Russian exporters wishing to enter the Kyrgyz market, including the organization of business missions and informing Russian business circles about the trade and economic potential of the country.
