- On December 25, at a briefing, Ainur Samanov, the trade representative of Russia in Kyrgyzstan, shared information about joint investment and cooperation initiatives between the two countries.

As Samanov noted, Russian investments are concentrated in key sectors, among which energy occupies an important place. In particular, he mentioned the following projects:
The construction of the Kulanak hydropower plant with a capacity of 100 MW in the Naryn region,
The creation of a wind farm with a capacity of 100 MW in the Issyk-Kul region,
The construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of 300 MW in the village of Toru-Aigyr.

A vivid example of industrial cooperation is a project that received approval from the EEC at the end of 2025, which includes the use of preferential financing.

“This is the first project from Kyrgyzstan that received approval from the commission. It involves the production of system units for personal computers and combines the efforts of Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Belarus,” the trade representative noted.

According to EEC data, the project is being implemented with the participation of the Russian company "Beshtau Electronics," the Belarusian company "Nero Electronics," and the Kyrgyz company "Kyrgyzelektronika," and is aimed at the production of PC system units.

The Kyrgyz government reported that the company "Kyrgyzelektronika" will supply metal cases for these system units.
