This station, located near the village, is a significant project for the renewable energy sector in Kyrgyzstan. Its capacity is expected to be around 300 megawatts, which will significantly increase the share of clean energy in the national energy system.
The project is being implemented with the involvement of investors and international financial organizations, including the Eurasian Development Bank, which is providing funds for the construction and further operation of the station.
According to witnesses, gusts of wind led to partial damage to the installed panels, and specialists are currently assessing the damage.
