The Ministry of Economy calls on Kyrgyz entrepreneurs to actively participate in such initiatives.
On December 5, at a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council, a new joint production of system units for PCs was approved. For the first time, a Kyrgyz company — "Kyrgyzelektronika" — is involved in this project, which will focus on the production of metal cases. This project is presented by PJSC "Sberbank," while its implementation will be carried out by the Russian company "Beshtau Electronics" in collaboration with enterprises from Kyrgyzstan and Belarus.
The Kyrgyz company will actively participate: by 2030, "Kyrgyzelektronika" plans to produce 175,000 cases, which could provide the enterprise with over 416 million rubles in revenue.
To accelerate the implementation of the project, the EAEU will allocate a subsidy of 222.2 million rubles. These funds will allow for a reduction in interest rates from 23% to 6.5%, significantly simplifying the launch of the production line.
According to the plan:
• preparatory stage — from early 2026 to early 2027;
• two stages of launching the production process;
• reaching full capacity — in the second quarter of 2028.
The financial scheme applied in this project has been functioning within the EAEU since 2023 and is designed to support industrial cooperation, allowing manufacturing enterprises in the member countries to obtain more accessible loans for joint productions.
