
At the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council held on December 5, 2025, a project was approved aimed at establishing the production of system units for personal computers with the involvement of a company from the Kyrgyz Republic. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The project is initiated by PJSC "Sberbank" (Russia) and will be implemented by the Russian enterprise LLC "Beshtau Electronics" with the participation of companies from the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus. The Kyrgyz side is represented by LLC "Kyrgyzelektronika," which will supply metal cases for the system units. It is expected that by 2030, the revenue from the project will amount to 416.5 million rubles with the supply of 175,000 cases.
The project includes a preparatory phase from the 1st quarter of 2026 to the 1st quarter of 2027, the launch of two production lines, and reaching full capacity in the 2nd quarter of 2028. The amount of the subsidy from the EAEU budget will be 222.2 million rubles, which will allow reducing the interest rate on loans from 23% to 6.5%, considering the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia.
The financial support mechanism for producers from EAEU countries, which includes subsidizing interest rates on loans for the implementation of joint projects, began operating in 2023. It aims to stimulate industrial cooperation and significantly reduce the cost of attracted financial resources for companies from member states.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic provided comprehensive support in preparing and accompanying the project application.
