On the central square of Bishkek, as part of the farmers' market, on December 31, everyone can purchase a fiery horse — the symbol of the new year. Visitors are offered products of various sizes and shapes: from knitted and sewn to ceramic and wooden.

The organizers note that the opportunity to purchase the symbol of the year will also be available after the holiday, particularly in mid-January, allowing those who celebrate according to the Eastern calendar to buy it for their celebration. However, the craftsmen recommend not to delay the visit, as they are ready to welcome guests starting today.

- We offer horses both big and small. We have both designer models and cartoon characters. Children are our most active buyers; they choose toys with their hearts. It is also noticeable that couples come in, clearly knowing what they need. It’s nice to see parents coming with strollers and choosing toys together with their children, - the craftsmen share.

The farmers' market will operate until June 2026, but there will be a short break in January, lasting until mid-month. On December 31, the market will be open until 14:00–15:00.

The organizers also emphasize charity, having set up "boxes of kindness" at the market. All collected products will be used to prepare hot pilaf, which will be distributed to social shelters and nursing homes. Today will be no exception — the products will be directed to good causes.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasizes that the market is open to new ideas, banking programs, and educational projects, striving to be closer to the people.
