On the eve of the New Year’s Eve countdown, a truck full of boxes with fruits, vegetables, honey, and nuts arrived at the "103" building. This was made possible thanks to the participants of the republican farmers' fair, organized with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan, who decided to express their gratitude to the medical staff on duty during the festive night.

The fair took place from December 27 to 31 in the square near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. Despite the inclement weather and heavy rain, the vendors worked until the last customer. Both farmers and processors were satisfied with the results: city residents actively purchased meat products, delicacies, canned goods, and fresh vegetables at wholesale prices. This year, the organizers decided to direct the collected products to those who save lives every day.

The event curator, Iskak Anvarbekov, shared that the idea to support the doctors arose not by chance: "During the pandemic, we witnessed the incredible dedication of medical workers. When colleagues from 'Vecherny Bishkek' suggested providing assistance to the '103' doctors, we immediately agreed. It is important for them to know that their work is valued." Gifts included Batken apples, nuts from the Jalal-Abad region, and jam from Toktogul. The Ministry of Agriculture actively encourages farmers to produce environmentally friendly products, and fairs without intermediaries allow people to buy quality products at factory prices.

The unloading of the "vitamin cargo" took place under the rain, but the organizing team and Iskak Anvarbekov himself hurried to set up tents and clear the square to deliver the cargo on time. Special equipment from "Tazalyk" helped to clean the area, while volunteers rushed to the medical staff to ensure they could enjoy the gifts before midnight. Despite the risks of being late for their own festive table, the initiators of the action successfully completed their work.

The medical staff were pleasantly surprised by the scale of the gifts. The deputy director of the Bishkek Ambulance Station thanked the Ministry of Agriculture, the fair participants, and journalists. He noted that such a social initiative helps to foster respect for the hard work of doctors. Moreover, the medical staff are ready to participate in future fairs to teach city residents the basics of first aid. Thanks to this kind action, the New Year’s Eve became warmer and more fulfilling for the ambulance workers.
