This measure applies only to small and medium-sized enterprises
The State Tax Service (GNS) has announced a temporary suspension of tax control and inspections regarding the use of payment equipment among small and medium-sized enterprises.
This moratorium will be in effect until the end of 2026 and applies to entrepreneurs using a simplified taxation system, patents, as well as those operating in specialized trade zones.
However, this does not apply to businesses that are not registered with tax authorities, do not pay taxes, have received complaints, or are engaged in the sale of excise goods.
Despite the temporary suspension of inspections, the tax service will continue to inform entrepreneurs about the rules for using POS terminals, electronic wallets, and QR codes.
