According to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 39, signed on January 30 by Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev, a clause was removed from the previous resolution No. 807 dated December 26, 2024, which designated OJSC "Kylım Bank" as the central counterparty, as well as the national depository and numbering agent in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. This clause granted the bank the authority for settlement and clearing operations, custody and accounting of securities, as well as the assignment of identification codes to securities issued in Kyrgyzstan, and the execution of banking and other operations in accordance with the country's legislation.
